@ New Music School

Music Together® is a music and movement class offered for students age birth - 5 years old. During the forty-five minute class, you and your child will participate with our trained teacher in movement, rhythm, and dozens of songs within the newly released collection curriculum. Each student participates at their own developmental rate within the class structure while listening and observing

Our 11 week session is open for registration!
Beginning April 10th - June 19th
Wednesdays at 10-10:45AM
Tuition cost: $385 with a $150 discount on each additional sibling

Semester Registration Includes

  • 12 weekly 45-minute classes teaching a new song collection every fall, winter and spring.

  • New online resources each semester with the songs, rhythm chants, "play-alongs," tonal and rhythm patterns used in class.

  • Beautifully illustrated resources online to aid in learning.

  • Additional Parent education resources and online resources.

About our teacher
Frances Kennedy

Frances Kennedy, a native of Chicago, graduated with honors from the University of Mary earning a degree in music with an emphasis in early childhood education and special education. She completed her Music Together training during summer 2022 and is experienced in both the Orff and Kodaly methods of elementary music education. As a trained classical pianist, Frances has worked with Rick Ferguson, Michael Langer, Tiantian Liang and is currently studying with Jeff Panko and Mary Sauer, former principal pianist of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. With experience in teaching private lessons for all ages and early childhood group classes, Frances believes music is a means of universal teaching and can bring beauty and joy to a young child’s mind and heart.
