Departmental Recitals
Fall and Spring Semester
April 7, 2024
These recitals (for 18 and under students) are a perfect time to perform one of the pieces they’ve spent the semester working on. Come to perform, listen, and meet other students within your department. Recitals are separated throughout the day by instrumental department.
Strings Department: Recitals will take place between 11 AM and 2 PM.
Woodwinds/Voice Department: Recitals will take place between 12 PM and 2 PM.
Piano Department: Recitals will take place between I PM and 6:30 PM.
Showcase Recital

Showcase Recital performers are invited according to outstanding growth and performance at their Semester Juries. Showcase Recitals are limited to a small number of performers.
Chamber Recital

NMS Chamber Groups present their spring repertoire programming.
Champagne Showcase
June 7, 2024 - 7PM
The Champagne Showcase is open to all NMS adult students. Adults join together for an evening of performances and meeting like-minded adults over champagne and hors 'd'oeuvres. Champagne Showcases take place on June 7th at 7pm.
Young Composers Recital

NMS theory and composition students have been working on original pieces to showcase at the NMS Young Composers Recital. Join us as we watch and listen to debuts of original pieces.
Halloween Recitals
Fall 2024
