Q: When will I find out my teacher and lesson time?

A: Once you inquire for your initial lesson, our admissions staff will connect with you and help you select a teacher. Once a teacher is selected, we will confirm a starting lesson day and time with you.

Q: Do all lessons cost $55 for 30 minutes?

A: No. Teacher's half hour rates range in prices. Each initial lesson lasts for 30 minutes and costs $55. 

Q: Where do lessons take place?

A:  Lessons take place at 900 N Michigan Ave on the 6th level. However, there are a limited number of teachers available for in home lessons as well as some satellite locations.

Q: Is there parking available?  

A: Parking is available in the 900 self park garage. Students receive a 3 hour parking validation for $10.

Q: What are the performance opportunities?

A: K-12 students have two recital opportunities throughout the semester as well as countless other opportunities during the school year. Adults have a biannual Champagne Showcase recital as well as studio recitals throughout the year.

Q: Are there group class opportunities?

A: Yes! There are group class opportunities for strings if you are enrolled in private lessons. We also have auditioned chamber groups for K-12 students. Our performance classes take place bi-weekly, and we schedule masterclasses each semester.  

Q:  Is there a registration fee?

A:  Once a student registers for their first semester there is an annual registration fee of $75 and every year you are enrolled at the start of the Spring Semester.

Q: How are lessons scheduled?

A: Let us know your availability and we will find you a suitable teacher with similar availability. Teacher's have access to the school 7 days a week.
